Health Care

I believe in and have benefited from preventative care. I will support the expansion of reimbursement for therapies that are prescribed by physicians to improve the physical condition of individuals with chronic problems that are not alleviated by traditional medicine. This includes acupuncture, yoga and pilates programs.

I also believe that the state’s health care program is always going to be a work in progress. It requires constant review to improve the service and to eliminate loopholes and fraud. I will support all efforts to continue the refinement of this program.
